Not good. - Computer headsets

Headphones are a personal matter, everyone likes something different. These earbuds just don't fit me and are untrue in my opinion. I will try to explain why in detail. The build quality looks cheap. The ear pads feel rough and hard, the foam inside is like the one that crumbles and crumbles over time. It's light and stiff, not a dense, elastic foam. The headphone cup adjustment simply slides on hard plastic guides, there are no latches in the adjustment. I'm concerned that they will loosen up over time and just slide freely up and down, causing the earcups to slip off my head over time. I feel like the pressure is too much when the ear cup just touches my jaw at the bottom of the cup. This is probably due to the stiffness of the foam and given more time it can break down and get better. The headset has a microphone volume control and a volume control. I can't understand their design choice but they placed the mic controls on the opposite side of the mic. I think it should be the other way around. The volume slider moves the volume in increments of 6 for some reason. I'm not sure why they didn't pick 2 or 5, but on a scale out of 100 with a 6 it just seems weird. The microphone is hard, poorly placed and not very adjustable. It falls between my nose and mouth in a downward position. When I tilt it down, it wants to return to its original position. It looks like they went through the process of designing the hardware and then realized when they were done that the heck we forgot to develop the software to drive it. Quickly find something that works and slide it out the door. I had problems installing and running the software. I would say my PC software is pretty clean and working fine before trying to install it. My windows install is less than a month old and up to date. It took a few installs and uninstalls to get it working properly. I've had times when the program said the headset is not connected while I'm wearing and listening. In the software settings there are small bubbles with the letter "i" in them. I think this will mean that hovering or clicking on it will give me more information about the setting, but nothing happens. My headset wasn't working and I had to unplug and plug the dongle a few times to get it working again. All in all, I don't hate them, but I don't think they're great either. The headphones sound ok for gaming and general use, but they won't win any awards for sound quality. microphone arm. I like the USB-C port on the headset itself. The wireless range is also very good. With the dongle plugged into the front of my PC case, I can travel anywhere in my ranch house and garage without losing connection. The photo I've attached shows a headset with a wired Kone Pro mouse. I have my mouse and headset set to Aimo for lighting control and my mouse brightness is set to 50%. Eventually, if I had paid full price for this headset I would have been disappointed.
