A must if you shrink a lot
This makes a big difference if you shrink a lot. We make antennas for HamStudy (.org) and part of the process involves shrinking nearly 20 inches of wire. If you're doing this with a batch of 30-50 antennas at a time, heat shrinking is a labor-intensive part of the process. This reflector attachment not only speeds up the process but also helps maintain uniformity. different reflectors (we have two heat guns) and this is my favorite reflector, it just seems to work a little bit better.
