Other reviews that mention hole problems must be a bit embarrassed because I haven't had any problems. I was concerned that some of my loose tea leaves would end up in the water, but no, they all stayed wrapped and it worked great! Not to mention, this thing is adorable and when you're done brewing the tea, the leaves come out wrapped in a heart shape! so pretty!
