The ease of use and how much it integrates with other systems makes this software very user friendly. It's also great to have all your projects in one place which can be very helpful when you are looking at invoicing or accounting. I don't think there is anything that i dislike about the program as such but if there was then it would probably be the price point. If you want something easy to use and reliable then this is definitely worth considering. We've been able to keep track of our jobs using arch desk so we know exactly what work has been done on each site and who did it. This helps us manage costs and gives us peace of mind knowing we're not wasting money by doing more than necessary.
