Product arrived in good condition with no cracks that I could see on a quick scan. The screen came together nicely (removing the old one was a real PITA). Anyway, about an hour after installation I was hooked! I was so glad that my iPad was repaired and working again. It wasn't until about two hours into installation that it became schizophrenic and insane, like someone was flipping through multiple screens as fast as they could, back and forth between apps, the only problem was that nobody was touching it. There is a "don't buy, see first" video on the product page at the top of the reviews that shows the exact same thing happening to me.
