It just works the way I want it, with either the USB-C connector or the 3.5mm connector (you just unplug the USB-C connector, which makes the volume controls on the cable and the keys are muted) ) on a MacBook Pro or Asus laptop with Windows 10 Pro or on my Motorola X4 phone. Comfortable enough to wear 4-6 hours every day. Other people hear me, I hear them, and because my other ear is open I still exist in the house. Wearing it on both the left ear (preferably) and the right ear is equally effective.
