The title says it all. I have received the goods. USB chargers don't work at all. The SmartID LED does not light up at all. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until after the return window opened, otherwise I would have gone back. EDIT: I opened it up and as I suspected there was a weak solder joint which I was able to fix myself with my soldering kit. Information only for those who have the desire and ability to fix the problem if you can't get it back.
