I have used this tape for years. It was so strong that I needed a knife or scissors to cut it. Tearing it was almost impossible because it was so strong. This year, I bought the tape and I can easily tear it with my hand like duct tape. It also doesn't hold as well. I had t keep rubbing it to stick. So, I have to conclude that they have changed the formula. It saves them money but they have lost a customer. I may as well buy duct tape, which is cheaper. I would have even paid more for the same quality but paying the same cost for a less quality product is unacceptable. May as well buy cheaper duct tape. Save your money.
