Not impressed with customer service

I'm a little upset as I had previously ordered the same product and they sent it to me within a few days of the expiry date. They said they would send a new one and they sent the exact same product with an expiry date that is now even closer. It wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't have a toddler who doesn't even drink a full serving a day and it's 24 in a pack. Considering this is a pricey and larger packaged product I would expect it to take more than a few days to expire. I would not advise buying it or if you have the same problem just send it back,
