Rhodium has been very easy to implement and use across multiple locations. It is so easy to configure that it does not take much time for new users to understand how to use it. There are some minor UI issues like the search bar which needs some improvement. Good software for incident management. Easy to use, fast response from support team. Rhodium can be used by anyone without much training. We have been using Rhodium over last few years and we have found nothing much to dislike about it. Rhodium helps us manage our incident data in a systematic way and gives us visibility into what happened in the past.
