Great tool with great customer service

Rhodium has been very easy to implement and use across multiple locations. It is so easy to configure that it does not take much time for new users to understand how to use it. There are some minor UI issues like the search bar which needs some improvement. Good software for incident management. Easy to use, fast response from support team. Rhodium can be used by anyone without much training. We have been using Rhodium over last few years and we have found nothing much to dislike about it…

Pros
  • The interface looks good with simple navigation options making sure everyone gets an uncomplicated user experience while navigating through all modules available within rhodiunce product suite.The ability see incidents/incidents resolved also helped me keep track at my end as well.Easy implementation process , quick customer service helpdesk etc made this tool extremely valuable.!!!!! Definitely recommend if you looking out tools !!!!! Very happy I am able t work remotely now!

Great Solution For All Types Of Events

I like that it's easy for anyone in our organization can use this software without having much training or experience with incident management systems at all! It does take some time getting used too but once your familiar everything works great!! There are so many different features within one system which makes things very confusing when first starting out using them (especially if someone else has been working/using before). We've solved issues of not knowing who was assigned what tasks…

Pros
  • The ease to navigate around, how simple you need is make changes while looking back over previous responses made..etc.
  • Also being able assign roles & job responsibilities easily
  • Can see overall response times per section / department quickly

A must-have tool and amazing experience dealing

It's easy for customers/customers' employees to use with no training needed at all! it also has great reporting features that are very helpful in solving problems fast without wasting time trying different solutions or waiting too long before finding out what went wrong. I have not found anything yet but if there was something i would love more than everything else this software does then its customer service support team which responds within minutes of sending an email even during weekends…
