I like that it's easy for anyone in our organization can use this software without having much training or experience with incident management systems at all! It does take some time getting used too but once your familiar everything works great!! There are so many different features within one system which makes things very confusing when first starting out using them (especially if someone else has been working/using before). We've solved issues of not knowing who was assigned what tasks during an event as well as tracking progress through each phase from start until completion by simply adding notes into various fields throughout their process flow map tool - we also have created custom reports specific towards events such as "who responded" etc..
