Review on ETL Listed Surge Protector & USB Wall Charger: 1800J, 5 Outlets, 3 USB Ports (1 USB C), Ideal for Home, Travel, and Office Use by Alex Barnes

This was exactly what I wanted to add to one of the 120VAC outlets in my room. I have an old house and outlets are far apart. This adds a set of 5 AC outlets that are surge protected up to 1800J, a reasonable amount, and it has a very discreet LED that displays 'surge protection'. The added 3 USB ports are very good - I tested the USB-A port with my 5V 2A Load USB Tester and got 5.08 volts which is fine. (p.4) It doesn't have a center screw to hold it in a regular AC outlet, it just plugs into my existing standard duplex 120V AC outlet. Hanging a thick wall wart or lots of wires can tear it off. Other colors are available I think. No wiring required! I like it.
