I like it and it shifts much faster than .
I like it, it switches much faster than stock. The only problem was that they had to include in the description that the buyer would need a bearing from an old derailleur. I installed this on a CRX with a broken short derailleur so I had to buy a bearing as the broken short derailleur didn't need the bearing so it was quite a hassle waiting for a special part from Honda. .
