Gimme Some Lip!: my feedback
PROS: It's sturdy, it's heavy, non-stick (works better w/spray-on, like Pam), cleans-up well and easily.CONS: It ain't got no lip! Seriously, there's no "lip" on the sides or ends. nothing to grasp when moving it in/out/within the oven. it's hazardous; I've lost-hold several times, wearing oven mitts or using potholders, and having a lip would have prevented all of them.
- The pan's high-quality materials and construction make it an excellent investment for anyone who loves to bake
- May not be as easy to use as silicone or ceramic muffin pans
