Ok I thought why not try it, looks good, it's made of plastic and hangs down the side of the bowl. Will it really work that easily? I wasn't a cook, so I've never managed to crack an egg and mix the yolk and white together. I tried it once and just broke the yolk while trying to make it like a chef. Well, I cracked an egg into this plastic egg separator and before I even lifted it off the rim of the bowl, most of the egg white had already fallen into the bowl. I was like nothing. Ever since I made a cake with 7 yolks I keep trying it. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. I used to use a small stainless steel wire egg separator, which I still had to twist a little and pull on the egg whites to remove. Now this cute plastic egg separator has done it in no time. What a time saver for me. Washing was easy too, no need to put it in the dishwasher. Super easy and fast.
