Bought for my granddaughters to make grandma's special pancakes. I used original recipes from the internet. It didn't come with a recipe book, although there is one in the photo. For the first recipe I used custard powder and tapioca starch. It was too sweet for all of us. I ended up using regular pancake mix and it was a hit. I flip the waffle iron several times during baking. I just wipe it down with a paper towel after use. So far, so good. It's great fun for kids! They love popping little bubbles and putting them in Nutella etc.
