Review on Guiding Care by Reza Cook

The simplicity of using this software makes it an excellent tool to use in our organization! I like that you can have multiple people access at once (we are able add up all their inputs into one document). This has made inputting information much easier than having everyone enter info individually or through different web sites/apps etc.. Sometimes we will get disconnected from internet but not always so be sure if your connection drops out just pause until reconnected otherwise everything gets lost!! Also sometimes when adding new tabs there may already exist some text within those tabbed sections which causes confusion as well - maybe they should give us more options? It works great though with what's available now i'm happy :) Easy process flow between providers & patients making records quick + accurate = less paperwork.
