Here is my problem with this product. Would give 1 star but the packaging is too good. It comes with two beautiful glasses and a nice cardboard tube containing the glasses - and that's it! But this is where the benefits of this product end. Both shampoo and conditioner smell too strong. The shampoo is INCREDIBLY strong and rinses, it's like a strong detergent or something you don't want to touch. The air conditioning is not off the shelf. You can try whatever you want and it will NOT put any product off. I have normal hair on the thin side which is a bit wavy. Most products work well for me and I have tried many shampoos and conditioners in the past and I wanted to love this one but hate it. The ingredients look good! I hope this company can change their recipe to make their product actually work and if they do I hope to find out. I've spent months doing this because I don't believe in wasting it - just applying the tiniest amount of shampoo to my hands, only then running my hands through my hair and it's still drying. The conditioner literally only works if you melt it with water on a stove top and put it in a container and use it like you would a regular conditioner. I find it works *well*, but not exclusively if you do it.
