If the manufacturer wants to replace that, I'd be happy to hear about it. Or just replace the sensor. It's just not accurate. I can watch it go from 2 degrees in the freezer to 30 degrees in 1 minute. then it says my freezer has exceeded my maximum settings. Although I know this is clearly not the case. I changed the batteries. I switched the sensors from fridge to freezer. Always the same sensor. He must have a defect. It took me some time to figure that out. Also, I threw some food in the freezer, thinking it must have thawed while I was away. I actually only had a bad device. It wasn't cheap. I am wary of buying other brands as I believe they are all likely potentially unreliable.
