90% 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and 10% Vegetable Glycerin Returns a hand sanitizer with approximately 82% alcohol that softens the skin. I did a V:V measurement. You can mix this 80:20 and get 72% hand sanitizer. The minimum alcohol content should be above 60-65%. So fiction is too heavy for alcohol.
