I took this to monitor tire pressure during the crazy temperature swings we were having. My "idiot light" continued, causing a bit of stress on my commute. Once installed this is easy to follow and I found I had a slow leak and on which tire. It displays tire pressure "in real time” as well as battery voltage. I haven't bothered to read the setup instructions, which is why it makes a strong beep when it's turned on - I assume it can be turned off, and I might find out one day. Installing the sensor on the tires is quite easy. Remove the old cap, put on the rubber cap and screw it on. Then put on a new cap (they are marked where they go) and pull up the rubber boot to protect it from the rain. Please note that all TPS sensors work with tire rotation, so you will need to drive a little before they give an accurate reading. read. This is no exception. It appears to show the last pressure reported before driving, so don't rely on it when not driving.
