I like that it's easy to use, very user friendly as well as being flexible in terms of its features (such as monitoring network bandwidth). It provides some nice security options such as whitelisting or blocking commands by IP address/MAC addresses. This program is great for businesses because you can easily set up rules which will help keep your employees out of trouble while they are using computers at work! No real downsides but maybe more flexibility would be good if there were other ways to do things besides command line? Try this software first before making any conclusions about what others have said so far when comparing different programs on their website. We needed something quick to get our new hires acclimated with how we operate here and also helped us monitor employee activity during shift change periods.
