I liked how quickly it was set up, all of my information loaded in just seconds! There were no complaints about this product at any time during our use or when we received support requests from their staff with questions / issues related directly using these services (which they gladly answered promptly). We are still evaluating whether there might be some benefit for us - but so far have not found anything which would make me want ot switch away yet!! Highly recommend if you like being able solve problems before coming into work-day each morning!! I like how simple it is for guests to book their own room, without needing to go through any third party sites. It is also very easy to use. They have a great support team who are always willing to help out. Nothing really. We are using this app to manage our hotels. Guests can book rooms with ease and we are able to track all of our data in one place.
