Review on 🚰 Enhanced Survivor Filter PRO Extender Series with Additional Filters by Ricardo Mercado

I have to admit that the lakes we go to in the Boundary Waters canoe area in Minnesota are very colorful and rich in tannins, but I was expecting over 3 gallons before the filter slowed to a trickle became. In fact, I couldn't even fill a 5 gallon water tank with two different pre-filters! Someone in our party of nine canoes had a different brand of gravity filter and provided all of the water for us for seven days. Let's get back to the Survivor Filter Pro review. After it slowed to a thin trickle, I flushed out the pre-filter with the supplied syringe and also flushed the pump itself with water that had already been filtered twice. Nothing restored the flow of water like a trickle. I received a maximum of 3 ml (0.1 oz) of water per pump stroke, which took several seconds per pump stroke. It took about 20 minutes to get a liter (33.8 ounces) of water. My family of four used 5 gallons (18.9 liters) of water per day (cooking and drinking) which would require over 6.3 hours of water pumping per day! This is unacceptable. I have used many types of filters, chemicals and processes in both military and civilian settings so I am confident that I followed very simple instructions for this filter. with reverse osmosis water at TDS 25 PPM. This also did not improve the current over the creek. The return period has passed and this product is not eligible for Revain product support, so I have to be stuck with a $100 decoration. I hope that the seller or manufacturer will contact me. I will leave a review when this happens. Maybe I have a bad pump? Maybe these filters can't handle dark, tannin-rich water? Perhaps this filter outlives a person in a survival scenario? I don't know, I know I won't trust him. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is how the community takes care of itself.
