I like that it's easy to use, has many different features including A/B testing which we used very well in our last campaign! The interface could be slightly more user friendly but not much of an issue at this time since there are so few users compared with its popularity as far back tracking goes- over 10 years ago now!! We were able solve several problems through automating campaigns such things being how long content stays up or what kind words get picked out from social media posts when using hashtags etc.-.
