Clamps are awful best in auto electronics accessories

I purchased this product for a 2015 Chevy Trax because I was adding an aftermarket dual shaft Pioneer head unit. The product appeared to be almost identical to the OEM frame, but after positioning the head unit a few times, this product did not stay firmly pressed against the dash. Slide out the top and bottom double crochet and vice versa. After struggling with this I finally found a way to hide the two screws behind the inserts and one visible but flush right in the middle on the front to make it work for now. I will look for the best product.
