The first thing I noticed was that the latch pulling the protective cover was my 7 inch Dewalt 15 amp case touched. So only one nut/bolt used. Second, there are gaps in the gasket used to attach the coffee grinder. I used some tape on the inside and it helped reduce the amount of dust. I attached this dust cover to a cyclone mounted on a 5 gallon tank powered by a professional vacuum cleaner. Fine sanding dust is not eliminated, but reduced by 90%. To update. The front part of the case is easy to open, I had to seal it with tape. All in all it gives 7 hours of use while still collecting dust perfectly. Update 2 October 20th After 60+ hours of use this shroud is still working fine. The only thing I see is that the brushes are a bit worn. For the price unbeatable.
