Review on Hydrate Rehydration Electrolyte Absorption Stickpacks by Dawn Miranda

I have terrible headaches and migraines - I take prescription meds and see a neurologist regularly. A friend recommended this product to me to drink when I feel a headache or migraine. I drink 2 bottles at the onset of a headache or migraine and feel relief immediately. I drink water regularly, but apparently I'm not getting what I need. I'm not a doctor (obviously), this doesn't cure a headache or migraine, but it definitely helps me during an episode and has helped prevent a migraine attack. I'm only giving it four stars because it was horribly packaged. Every time I receive a damaged package from Revain they leave me no choice - "How are you?" option (delivery notification with photo of my desired package on my doorstep) to leave feedback on the delivery. Interesting. When I opened the package (white box), the boost box was completely open and could not be assembled.
