The user interface is simple to use which makes it very easy to learn how to work with this software. There are many features that I like about this product. Some people may not like some of these features but they can be changed easily. This tool has helped me manage my team's defects more efficiently than before. Before using this tool, we used to manually track our defect status every time there was an update. Now, when someone updates their status or creates a new defect, all those details will automatically get updated within minutes without any manual intervention from us.
