Here's the truth about what you're getting.

2.5 stars for build quality, 1 star for water resistance without disassembly and additional sealing (rising to 4.5 if you spend 10 minutes adding sealing to each light fixture) and truthfulness off the list/ Brightness 1, I only give 2 stars because the customer service is reasonable and they gave me a 25% refund so I was charged 75% for 45% advertised light. These misleading Chinese products are getting VERY annoying and I suggest you double check all of them to make sure you really get what you pay for. I can also bet they don't revise the list and continue to sell it overpriced.
