TERRIBLE product. I bought 2 of these. I also paid for the installation. The fitters had questions and asked the manufacturer for help. They never call back. I called after finally finding the correct phone number. Try to find this number and you will see. I understand that each product can be difficult and most of them are easy to install. The product is a good review. There always seems to be a search for companies that are always willing to help you when the going gets tough. Unfortunately, this is clearly the case with this company. My bottom line is a wire harness that I have in my truck and another box on my shelf for a total of $700.00 in a bad investment.
