It was great while it worked. I often reach up with one grip and the glass itself with another for maximum effort. The other day when I was using it on a jar, I broke the plastic handle. It still works but I would like the handle to be metal and/or more durable plastic. (I keep this in a kitchen drawer to avoid sun or temperature damage.)
