Review on Applaud by Shane Tomko

The biggest benefit we have realized from using Applauad has been their excellent customer service team who are always willing help with our needs or questions. They also provide very good training for new employees which helps us onboard people quickly into how they should be working within this platform- it's pretty efficient! There isn't much dislike of anything about appplaod as far I can see but there could definitely improve things here anthere - however these improvements will likely come along time after you've got used too :) We use applaus because its easy enought o train staff members when needed (we're hiring alot so need lots more resources) It allows me easily keep track if all my current users via checklists etc.-.
