I ordered three of these. The frames feature a double pane glass, in between which you place your picture. On one of the frames, the glass fit perfectly: easily came out of the frame and didn't wiggle arround when in there. However, the other two had glass that was too tight in the frame. I had to really work to get the back glass out and failed on one - the back pane broke. On the last frame, I was successful in getting the glass out and back in, but I spent 15 minutes sanding down two of the inside corners of the frame. They look really nice when/if you're able to get your picture in there, though.
