Making H2 infused water really works. When stored in a well-sealed (stainless) container for 6 or 8 hours, I obtained a concentration of 1.0 ppm, which is considered sufficient for a therapeutic dose. (I doubt that leaving it in an open jar of water for about 10 minutes will produce much dissolved H2.) However, I got curious about what was inside and opened one up. There are many spheres of different colors (grey, white, brown, cream) and a few tiny strips of metal which I believe are the magnesium needed to produce dissolved H2 in water. I'd rather know exactly what the bullets are, as well as information about the purity of the magnesium strips. Until the manufacturer provides this information, I will no longer use it.
