Review on 🍌 Legion Casein+ Banana Cream Pie: Pure Micellar Casein Protein Powder for Pre-Sleep Muscle Recovery by Renz Alexandria

I chose this product based on the high ratings because I like trying different proteins but mostly because it was between orders from Dymatize Casein S&S and I needed something , which lasts until the end of this month . I am sorry to say that while it is a "higher quality" powder made from non-GMO cow's milk, Yadda, Yadda, Yadda compared to other casein proteins, this Leigon product has two major "flaws" (and yes, I just got those Added list of ingredients but note I gave them 3 stars for their efforts): 1. Miscibility/miscibility is poor. Whether you use a shaker or blender and stick to the recommended amount of liquid (8-10 ounces per scoop), it leaves a chalky, uncomfortable film in your mouth. Adding more liquid didn't fix it, it actually made it worse because you could drink more now 🤦🏻‍♂️ One Star2. Flavor - Chocolate is what is advertised on the tin but it's more like stale graham cracker with the idea of chocolate rather than the actual chocolate flavor. 🤔 One Star3. Ingredients. They advertise non-GMO grass-fed milk, so they use 'higher quality' ingredients. Three stars 👍🏼Leigon products have their own supporters and all the positive reviews are a testament to their loyalty. Suffice it to say I'm not a fan but I wish them the best of luck in their journey.
