I bought this pump to keep my tires in good condition. The third time I used it the tire was still almost flat when the pump cut out at 80psi. I disconnected the hose and turned off the pump, then tried again. The pump showed 58.3 psi at atmospheric pressure before being connected to the tire. Once again the tire would not inflate to working pressure so I checked the pressure with a pressure gauge and the tire was just over 30psi. I tried setting the pump to 138psi (80+58) but when the pump started it jumped to 99psi almost immediately. Once again, the tire was not fully inflated and the pump still reads 58.3psi when turned off. Upon inspection, I found that grease was also spurting out of the pump outlet. The pump has clearly failed. Unfortunately, the 30-day return window has already expired and the manufacturer does not provide any details or contact information for the warranty.
