This is a good, well made product. My cat is about 10 pounds and there is more than enough room for her. It can likely comfortably hold a cat weighing up to 15 pounds. The fleece lining is great, but my cat easily burrowed under it. Luckily he didn't try to scratch his butt. A fearful cat could probably do that if it wanted to. It's worth putting an extra blanket in the bag so they can burrow under it instead. The zippers are a bit sticky. But that's probably just as well, since my cat has been known to open sliding doors and closets. If they were too easy to attach, he could do it himself.
