Review on SHARDOR Adjustable Electric Coffee Grinder: Versatile Herb, Spice & Espresso Bean Grinder with removable Stainless Steel Bowl in Black by Brandon Plowden

Cheap practical coffee grinder

I have been using this coffee grinder for at least a month and it has worked well every time. I grind coffee beans to make a cold drink and this machine gives pretty consistent results for the price every time. The operation is basically idiotic, clean a bit, select the timer and press the power button. The power button can be pressed during operation to stop it earlier if needed. The upper part is made of transparent plastic, which is good for the operator to observe the grinding process and see if the machine needs to stop prematurely. Noise is not a problem. I don't have gauges, but I estimate the noise level is equivalent to running tap water with the valve fully open. This thing is designed to run for a maximum of 30 seconds (I use a maximum of 10 seconds) at a time, so at this volume for such a short duration I don't see noise as a problem for anyone. Cleaning is easy. too much of. Simply unscrew the funnel, rinse with water and dry/wipe with a paper towel. Soap is not required (at least I haven't tried it). You can't go wrong with this, unless you need absolute precision and grind consistency, in which case a different, more expensive machine or manual grinder will likely be required. But for the "I just need something to make ends meet" grinder, this thing seems like a great buy.
