Works like a charm! Large and thick-walled, so it could handle very hot liquids well. The filter cap catches large particles so you don't have to fish them out of the liquid. The holes are out of order, so if you need to remove small items like spices, you need to use a strainer after removing the fat to get a clearer broth. The rubber stopper really stops grease from clogging the spout! One suggestion: I would like a spot cleaning brush included with the separator. I would pay extra for that!
