This thing looked like a bargain and appeared to be put together decently then the timer went off the alarm sound was so low no one even noticed I figured it must be the volume all the way down be down, so I turned it up, no it's a little bit better, but no matter how many times I press the volume up button, the sound never gets louder than a barely audible clink. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller after this post, they thought the timer was just defective and offered to replace it. I was happy to hear that they would endorse their product. They asked me to give them some additional information and change my review, I will get a new one. I sent the information back and told them I would be happy to change my review if a working one came up. A week goes by and I get the same email again asking for the same information, again I returned the information as requested, another week goes by, still no new timer but another email asking for information again and changing my feedback. I have indicated again that I would like to change my rating when I get a new timer, but not before. Another week goes by and still no timer, email again asking for info and changing my rating, resent information that I will change my rating if I get a new timer. Well, there's still no timer, and now I can't go back to Revane. I'm out of 65.00 and have a timer that doesn't work and half a dozen emails claiming I'm getting a new one. Don't rely on the seller to get it right, they won't. Buy from someone who is more reliable and supports their product.
