Fewer buttons, more functionality, just what I wanted.
This remote control works on my Samsung 55 inch un55tu7000 TV. The battery cover is easy to remove starting with the power button at the end. After installing two AA batteries (not included) I found that it worked better than the standard remote. Please note that two buttons (that I don't need) don't work on this TV model. The standard Samsung remote has 42 buttons, too many. compared to this small interchangeable remote control with only 12 buttons and a central dial. The TV will respond much more accurately to all actions with this remote control, especially volume control. The input keys also feel better than on the series device. I'm keeping the standard remote and will be using this from now on.
