The ability to track orders from start to finish - right in front of you! Very customizable. It's easy to train staff using an online training center (which can be done remotely). No more running back & forth between POS system and Back office systems trying to get information like order status etc. Also customer support is very responsive via email or phone when needed. I have not found anything at this time that I dislike about WInrest. There are some issues with importing data from other point of sale systems but those were resolved quickly by their team. Order tracking/status, inventory management.
