Review on 🎧 Enhanced Communication Experience with Plantronics Savi 740 Wireless Headset System by Lynn Johnson

I've had other Plantronics headsets in the past and figured it would be a safe bet again. I wanted over-ear headphones that only cover one ear. I tried going the cheap route with a Logitech Bluetooth headset and it was terrible in every way. The big advantage of this headset is the ability to switch from my desktop Cisco IP phone (with optional adapter) to my iPhone as well as my Mac for web conferencing. I'm not keen on switching from one device to another, but it's convenient. Sound quality and reception volume are completely sufficient. The range of the headset is remarkable. I can walk 100 feet easily and have no sound issues. So I can go downstairs, have a coffee or a snack and still keep in touch. Poor - The battery life is suboptimal. I think this works for about 3-4 hours and if I forget to charge it between calls it turns itself off in the middle of a call 😖. No battery warnings, nothing. Besides, everything is fine. Plantronics support is great, they are quick to respond and they have people who speak and understand English - a real plus.
