Amazing Device for Accessories and Consumables

This is actually a pretty amazing earbud! The 2's only downside is that you can't connect it to your phone. The office is on hold to take the next call. You need to end the current call by pressing the button on the earbud to press the button again to answer the new next call. etc.

Great headset and great seller

Due to health reasons I am now learning to dictate with Dragon to get my work done. I am using this headset to write this review to show how well it works for me. It has excellent noise cancellation and people can even talk next to me without picking up the phone. My initial concern was the battery life: at first my battery only lasted about 2-3 hours. Since it is significantly smaller than advertised, I contacted the seller. The next day I got a call from one of their agents and they quickly…

Upgrade from Plantronics CS540

I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. I upgraded from a Plantronics CS-540 because I was looking for something that could be used for phone and computer dictation. All cables (including the e-hook cable (not included)) could be repurposed from my previous setup; Just add the included USB cable and you're good to go. The phone worked as before, the connection to my cell phone was amazing. My phone streams to a speaker in my office and I was able to set up the base station for call audio and

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Without automatic controls

I've had other Plantronics headsets in the past and figured it would be a safe bet again. I wanted over-ear headphones that only cover one ear. I tried going the cheap route with a Logitech Bluetooth headset and it was terrible in every way. The big advantage of this headset is the ability to switch from my desktop Cisco IP phone (with optional adapter) to my iPhone as well as my Mac for web conferencing. I'm not keen on switching from one device to another, but it's convenient. Sound quality…

I expected more from headset

I got it together with Polycom vvx600. Before I got this I was using Plantronics $30 Bluetooth and it was good. I've had some complaints as the Bluetooth spectrum is prone to interference. At least after receiving it. First, the packaging is a paper-cutting nightmare. Other than that, I like the direction they've gone. Very efficient and environmentally friendly. thumbs up! But what really matters is comfort and utility. First consolation. I've tried various options and none of them seemed…

Great headset for Dragon Dictate

I'm writing this review using my new Savi 740 headset microphone rather than the cheap ones offered by Nuance. All of my research into Dragon's dictation shows that a quality microphone is absolutely essential. This headset met my expectations. It offers excellent speech recognition and easily blocks out background noise, even though I'm using it in an open-door office. A few surprises should be mentioned. First, whether there is a way to connect the base station and headset to my MacBook Pro…

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability
Cons

The best I have found, excellent sound quality!

I've been using these for a few years for moderate business use. Pros: 1. Clarity - no one can tell I'm using a headset. It is especially good for Bluetooth pairing.2. Range - seems to fit through office walls well enough for me to go to the kitchen and get an on-demand coffee3. Interacts well with my desk phone, mobile phone and PC. I use it for all three purposes4. The battery life is amazing. I literally never ran this thing in one work day. Lots of ways to wear it. Everyone on my team uses…

Couldn't be happier. No regrets for buyers even considering the price.

Originally I didn't want to buy because of the price, I was fed up with cheap BT headphones. Almost one a month. This headset was one of the best purchases I've made in the last few months and it's well worth the price. I've used all connection options (USB, traditional phone and BT) with great success, but used a BT connection on nine out of ten calls. I didn't have any range issues either, and was able to go downstairs to the kitchen for a bite to eat with no problem. (The kitchen is just…

Great headset and great value, refurbished/used

RRP on them is around 450. New, still in the 250-300 range in many places so get a refurbished/used in one of these clean and usable condition for $100?!? MARVELOUS! That's not to say it's perfect, the actual earbud when resting in the stand is sometimes not perfectly aligned and if you don't catch it can leave you with a dead headset from not making good charging contact. There is a replacement side panel (about $50) that adapts to charge the secondary battery and contains the battery. I…
