This is actually a pretty amazing earbud! The 2's only downside is that you can't connect it to your phone. The office is on hold to take the next call. You need to end the current call by pressing the button on the earbud to press the button again to answer the new next call. etc.

I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. I upgraded from a Plantronics CS-540 because I was looking for something that could be used for phone and computer dictation. RRP on them is around 450. New, still in the 250-300 range in many places so get a refurbished/used in one of these clean and usable condition for $100?!? MARVELOUS!
