The screws are too short; non-standard threads; returned!

Screws too short; They simply punched through standard 3/4" thick cabinet doors. If you mounted them on 3/8" plywood they might have worked, but on typical cabinet doors there isn't enough exposed thread on the screw to even work with it to start securing the grip. Worse, the screws appear to be metric rather than the typical #8-32 screws you find on most other pens, meaning you can't use existing screws (that would be long enough ).The pins are medium to heavy weight and don't feel cheap.The price is great for being able to use them on ultra thin doors but for me they had to be sent back.
