I'm just blown away by these knives. My teenagers call them "mini swords". They are incredibly sharp. Pros: Knives are very light. They are not bulky and easily fit into a knife block because they are incredibly thin. Cons: The ONLY thing that could be a downside is that they are so thin that some people with big hands might have trouble handling them. keep it simple I saw some reviews talking about the silver coming off the handle. I had black pencils and never had a problem with anything like that. I am very happy with this purchase. I wanted knives without a serrated edge. I don't want to tear my steak, I like a clean cut. You cut like a dream. I'll stay with them from now on.
