Customer service is a joke!

I give 1 star for customer service. Bought this touchscreen, hate it. Can't just turn the volume down, skips stations for no reason! The wiring diagram is not clear. It's been 2 weeks since I emailed support and I haven't heard a single word. After that I set up 5 radios and told them to stay away. Navigation is a joke. Everything about this radio/company is bad! The reversing camera finally worked, but I had to use a connection diagram from another manufacturer. And the quality of the camera is like that of a Nokia 9700 phone. I will not recommend!
