I ordered two of these and one of them didn't load many of my files. I kept getting an error message saying the device had errors and Windows advised to scan and fix it. It wasn't scanned and couldn't be fixed, I couldn't even delete some files. I sent it back and got a replacement a few days later and had the same problem. Then I tried the second of the first two I bought, same problem. I didn't get close to USB 3.0 speeds either. I am returning two more for a refund. Big disappointment. UPDATE 10/02/2021. As I said, I ordered two (2) discs, tried one (1), found it was defective, sent it back and got a replacement. The replacement was also defective. I then tried another of the first two I ordered and it turned out to be faulty so I returned both (2) remaining drives that I had in my possession at the time. Long story short I have returned all three (3) discs that were sent to me including the replacement. The seller only refunded me one (1) of the discs and messaged me that they are waiting for another disc. I SENT ALL THREE (3) DISKS TO YOU BACK AND YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL THREE DISKS. I hope Revane will step in and help.
